Eurazeo-backed Altaïr to acquire Briochin.

Eurazeo-backed Altaïr, a provider of enterprise-class engineering software enabling innovation, agreed to acquire Briochin, a manufacturer and retailer of cleaning products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Altaïr, founded in 1946 by brothers Guy and Roger Brunel, is a leading European player in the sale of products for household cleaning and home care products.
