NTG to acquire LGT Group from Litorina for $43m.

NTG, a Denmark-based transport company, agreed to acquire LGT Group, a full-service provider of transport logistics and warehousing solutions, from Litorina, a private equity firm, for $43m. “With its niche focus and customised operational setup, LGT Group has specialist competences in handling non-palleted and lightly wrapped furniture with industry-leading rates of deliveries with an impressively low damage rate.
