Ergon Capital-backed Telenco completed the acquisition of SKM Skyline.

Ergon Capital-backed Telenco, a passive equipment for fiber optic telecommunications networks, completed the acquisition of SKM Skyline, which specializes in the design, assembly and distribution of FTTx, data center and LAN solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combination of SKM Skyline, a pioneer in the field of connectivity in Germany, and Telenco, one of the European leaders in the field of FTTx connectivity solutions, will allow Telenco to even better meet the demands of German customers with a complete offering for the networks of the future.
