Element Materials Technology to acquire Arch Sciences Group from Limerston Capital Partners.

Element Materials Technology, a provider of testing, inspection and certification services, agreed to acquire Arch Sciences Group, a provider of analytical services and laboratory solutions to customers in the pharmaceuticals sector, from Limerston Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisition of Arch complements our existing capabilities and expertise in the Americas after a period of significant growth there, and creates a strong platform to expand the pharmaceuticals segment of our life sciences business in Europe," Jo Wetz, Element CEO.
