Clearlake completed the acquisition of BakeMark from Pamplona Capital Management.

Clearlake, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of BakeMark, a manufacturer and distributor of bakery ingredients, products, and supplies, from Pamplona Capital Management, a specialist investment manager.
