Trivest Partners completed the acquisition of Brothers Paving & Concrete.

Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Brothers Paving & Concrete, a full-service provider of asphalt paving, concrete, seal coating, striping, crack filling and related routine maintenance services.
