Cohere Capital, a growth buyout investment firm, completed the investment in iPromote, an operator of digital advertising technology and services platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The iPromote team has built an impressive and unique technology platform, which is evident in their history of growth within the local SMB market," Nik Shah, Cohere Capital Managing Partner and Co-Founder.
