Vocento, a mass media company, completed the acquisition of a 50.03% stake in Premium Leads and IP Web Services, a company specialized in capturing and generating qualified leads through its own technologies and solutions, from Ipglobal, a sales company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of Premium Leads, Vocento also opens the possibility of creating vertical marketplaces that allow connecting the service demands of its audiences, generating leads for clients and promoting digitalization services.
