Industrial Opportunity-backed Creative Foam completed the acquisition of RAM Technologies.

Industrial Opportunity-backed Creative Foam, a cellular and non-cellular foams and plastics designer and manufacturer, completed the acquisition of RAM Technologies, a converter and fabricator of formed foam, plastic, and other nonwoven material solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RAM’s customer focused culture and ingenuity make this an excellent acquisition for Creative Foam’s Healthcare division.
