Service Stream to acquire Lendlease Services from Lendlease Group for $310m.

Service Stream, provider of essential network services, agreed to acquire Lendlease Services, an international company with an Australian heritage, as well as local expertise across the core markets of Australia, Asia, the Americas and Europe, from Lendlease Group for $310m. "The combination of our two businesses will create a diverse, multi-network essential service provider, operating across the growing infrastructure services sectore.
