Fundare Resources completed the acquisition of the Redtail assets from Whiting Petroleum.

Fundare Resources, an exploration and production company, completed the acquisition of the Redtail assets from Whiting Petroleum, an exploration and production company with an oil focused asset base. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We would like to thank the Whiting team for their assistance throughout the acquisition process.
