Grupo Gimeno, a business group that operates in sectors such as environmental management, the cycle comprehensive water, port logistics, technologies and the Internet of Things, completed the acquisition of a 46% stake in Obremo, a provider of operational management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this agreement, both companies will continue to make the most of the synergies derived from their respective activities, with a high degree of specialization, and will promote their growth, expansion and diversification process, facing the new challenges of the sector.
