Synopsis
Cvent, a meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, went public via a SPAC merger with Dragoneer Growth Opportunities II, a special purposes acquisition company, in a $5.3bn deal. Investors in the PIPE include Fidelity Management & Research Company, Hedosophia, Oaktree Capital Management, and Zoom Video Communications. “This is an exciting day for Cvent and our more than 4,000 employees around the world.
