Focus Financial Partners to acquire GAVIN Hockey Wealth Specialists.

Focus Financial Partners, a partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms, agreed to acquire GAVIN Hockey Wealth Specialists, a registered portfolio manager and investment adviser based in Toronto. Financial terms were not disclosed.
