ANWE completed the acquisition of Allen Taylor from Boral for $46m.

ANWE, a wood products export marketing and logistics company, completed the acquisition of Allen Taylor, an Australian hardwood and softwood timber business, from Boral, an international building and construction materials group, for $46m. “We have now reached an important milestone in re-positioning Boral as a focused construction materials company in Australia.
