NORRES Group completed the acquisition of from Triton Partners.

NORRES Group, a manufacturer of thermoplastic hoses, completed the acquisition of Baggerman Group, a manufacturer of industrial hoses, from Triton Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very much looking forward to the future cooperation with NORRES.
