Cerberus Capital Management to invest in Lighthouse Autism Center.

Cerberus Capital Management, an alternative investing firm, to invest in Lighthouse Autism Center, a provider of center-based autism behavioral health services. Abry Partners will invest alongside Cerberus in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
