Equistone Partners completed the acquisition of Vertbaudet from Alpha Private Equity.

Equistone Partners, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of Vertbaudet, an e-commerce platform dedicated to childhood, from Alpha Private Equity, an independent private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were impressed with the executive team's repositioning strategy. Vertbaudet’s omnichannel model has allowed it to thrive, even during lockdown periods.
