August Equity-backed AMTIVO, a provider of accreditation and certification services, completed the acquisition of ACM-CCAS, a provider of certification services intended to serve the domestic and international market, and Ascentor from EMB Group, a firm that develops highly successful professional services businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted that we have been able to reach an agreement that will add these well-regarded businesses to our existing portfolio.
