August Equity-backed AMTIVO completed the acquisition of ACM-CCAS and Ascentor from EMB Group.

August Equity-backed AMTIVO, a provider of accreditation and certification services, completed the acquisition of ACM-CCAS, a provider of certification services intended to serve the domestic and international market, and Ascentor from EMB Group, a firm that develops highly successful professional services businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted that we have been able to reach an agreement that will add these well-regarded businesses to our existing portfolio. Through these latest acquisitions we have gained access to an additional 15 markets across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, doubled our client base, increased our range of certification services and added significantly to the expertise and experience of our team," Mike Tims, Amtivo CEO.
