SEB Private Equity to acquire Smedbo.

SEB Private Equity, a private equity arm of SEB, agreed to acquire Smedbo, a manufacturer of bathroom accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. Smedbo is a designer of bathroom accessories in Northern Europe. Smedbo is rooted in Scandinavian design and its objective is to develop high-end bathroom accessories and decorative hardware. Smedbo has successfully established two brands and caters to customers all over Europe and the US. The current management team will continue to operate the business in partnership with SEB PE.
