Wynnchurch Capital completed the acquisition of Trimlite from TriWest Capital.

Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Trimlite, a manufacturer and distributor of the door and doorlite products, from TriWest Capital, a private equity firm.
