Pamlico Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CEATI International, a provider of research for the electrical utilities market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with Pamlico as we embark on our next growth phase focused on finding ways to provide incremental value to our members,” Alex Johnston, CEATI CEO.
