EPE Special completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hamsard 3634.

EPE Special, a UK based capital investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hamsard 3634, a holding company which now owns a collection of six heritage British homeware brands, including the Kilner and Mason Cash marques, as well as Viners, Typhoon, Ravenhead and Price & Kensington. The brands being acquired have achieved significant growth, helped by strong relationships with a long-standing customer base, and more recently supported by structural trends including home cooking, sustainability and premiumisation.
