Colisée to acquire Therae Centre Medical from Saint-Gatien.

Colisée, an operator of retirement homes, agreed to acquire Therae Centre Medical, an operator of a medical center, from Saint-Gatien. Financial terms were not disclosed. Therae Centre Medical is a 112-bed clinic, located near the city center of Blois and has a recognized specialization in dietetics. Colisée is strengthening its expertise, with an additional asset in the service of “better aging”.
