Helios Energy Investments and LT group to acquire a 2MWp portfolio of biogas power plants from ContourGlobal.

Investors Helios Energy Investments and LT group agreed to acquire a 2MWp portfolio of biogas power plants from ContourGlobal, a British power generation business. Financial terms were not disclosed. Helios and Symbiosis will jointly assess the opportunity to convert the plants into biomethane to extend plants’ life and continue contributing to the circular economy.
