VersaCold Logistics, a supply chain solutions company focused exclusively on the handling of temperature sensitive products, completed the acquisition of cold storage warehouse assets from H&R REIT, a real estate investment trust, and Crestpoint Real Estate Investments, a firm that specializes in real estate investments.
