Genstar Capital-backed Sonny’s completed the acquisition of Hydra-Flex.

Genstar Capital-backed Sonny’s, the world’s largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies, completed the acquisition of Hydra-Flex, a privately held manufacturer of innovative and reliable fluid handling products for the vehicle wash industry including chemical dispensing systems and high-pressure nozzles.
