Livingbridge to invest in North and acquire Data Techniques.

Livingbridge, a mid-market private equity investor, agreed to invest in North, an integrated technology specialist, and acquire Data Techniques, a network infrastructure design company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be entering the next stage of our growth journey with Livingbridge.
