Mutua to acquire ElParking and Imbric from Portobello.

Mutua, an insurer, agreed to acquire two mobility platforms ElParking and Imbric from Portobello, an independent mid-market private equity manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mutua Madrileña has taken one more step to acquire a key position in the changing field of online mobility with one of the main objectives of its Strategic Plan 2021-2023. Along these lines, ElParking has almost two million users and is the leading platform in Spain in driver assistance services such as paying for parking tickets on public roads, booking parking spaces, paying at gas stations, charging electric vehicles or electronic tolls.
