Plarium to acquire Futureplay.

Plarium, a mobile and PC games developer, agreed to acquire Futureplay, a mobile game developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Futureplay’s talented team into Plarium’s family. The acquisition is a strong addition to our portfolio of world-leading studios.
