Groupe Courir to acquire NAKED Copenhagen.

Groupe Courir, a retailer of sneakers in France, agreed to acquire NAKED Copenhagen, a retailer of sneakers and footwear for females. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Groupe Courir believes in our vision and will help us expand not only through retail spaces in global key cities, but also with a strong online e-commerce presence, thereby securing our leading position as the number one sneaker destination for women worldwide," Stine Lindholm Pedersen, NAKED Copenhagen Founder and Creative Director.
