Kohlberg-backed AWP completed the acquisition of Statewide Safety Systems from Sterling Partners.

Kohlberg-backed Area Wide Protective, a provider of critical safety services, completed the acquisition of Statewide Safety Systems, a provider of traffic control and safety products and services, from Sterling Partners, a diversified investment management platform.
