Consilium completed the acquisition of UniPOS.

Consilium, a Swedish safety company, completed the acquisition of UniPOS, a Bulgarian fire detection company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with UniPOS’ unique capabilities, we are in a position to increase our market share within the building market. UniPOS fits perfectly with our global customer network and their product portfolio complements our existing one with a cost efficient product range,” Nicklas Bergström, Consilium CEO.
