Indevin completed the acquisition of Villa Maria.

Indevin, New Zealand's largest contract winemaker, completed the acquisition of Villa Maria, a 2.5m case Kiwi wine business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited about the prospect of adding such an iconic brand to our portfolio and believe it will be an excellent opportunity for the long-term growth of both businesses," Indevin.
