NEP Group completed the acquisition of Prysm Collective, Lux Machina and Halon Entertainment.

NEP Group, a provider of customized broadcast solutions, completed the acquisition of three provider of entertainment services Prysm Collective, Lux Machina and Halon Entertainment.
