Sterling-backed Fencing Supply completed the acquisition of Sharon Fence.

Sterling-backed Fencing Supply, a group of distributors and manufacturers of fencing and outdoor living products, completed the acquisition of Sharon Fence, a full-service fencing supply and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
