McCarthy Capital completed the acquisition of CPaT Global from Clovis Point Capital.

McCarthy Capital, a private-equity firm, completed the acquisition of CPaT Global, a provider of aviation training software, from Clovis Point Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with the management team of CPaT.
