CenExel Clinical Research completed the acquisition of ForCare Clinical Research.

CenExel Clinical Research, a clinical research site network that offers services to Pharma, Biotech, and CROs, completed the acquisition of ForCare Clinical Research, a clinical research organization specializing in clinical trials. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The many strengths at CenExel FCR align perfectly with CenExel’s mission to be the leader in therapeutically focused clinical research.
