Primavera completed the acquisition of LAIX for $56m.

Primavera, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of LAIX, an artificial intelligence company, for $56m. As a result of the merger, LAIX became a private company, the American depositary shares of LAIX, each of which represented fourteen Class A ordinary shares of the Company, are no longer quoted on the OTC Market, and the company's ADS program was terminated.
