A consortium of investors completed the acquisition of New Frontier Health for $1.8bn.

New Frontier, Aspex Management, Vivo Capital, Fosun, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Warburg Pincus completed the acquisition of New Frontier Health, known as United Family Healthcare, a comprehensive private medical service platform, for $1.8bn. The transaction, which is currently expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2021, is subject to customary closing conditions. The deal will result in the company becoming a privately-held company and its shares will no longer be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
