Saarstahl completed the acquisition of Ascoval and Hayange from The Liberty Group for €150m.

Saarstahl, a part of the Stahl-Holding-Saar Group, completed the acquisition of Ascoval, a steel mill, and Hayange, a railway plant, from The Liberty Group, a multifamily property management and real estate recruitment company, for €150m.
