Berlin Packaging to acquire Juvasa Group.

Berlin Packaging, a provider of packaging products and services, agreed to acquire Juvasa Group, a supplier of glass, plastic and metal packaging for the food and beverage industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As a family business, it was of the utmost importance that we select the best partner for the future.
