Q-Energy to acquire Termosolar Borges from Banco Sabadell, Comsa and Avançsa for $141m.

Q-Energy, a comprehensive investment and asset management service provider, agreed to acquire Termosolar Borges, a solar thermal plant, from Banco Sabadell, Comsa and Avançsa for $141m. Banco Sabadell, Comsa and Avançsa have sold their shares, which were 47.5% in the first two cases and 5% in the last.
