Capelli New York, a provider of private label and branded products, completed the acquisition of Ellen Tracy and Caribbean Joe clothing brands from Sequential Brands, which owns, promotes, markets, and licenses a portfolio of consumer brands in the fashion and lifestyle categories, for $20m.
