Hensel Phelps to acquire Hydro Construction.

Hensel Phelps, one of the largest general contractors and construction managers in the United States, agreed to acquire Hydro Construction, which specializes in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities and related projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Hydro Construction has tremendous expertise in water and wastewater projects.
