Sun Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Select Interior Concepts for $411m.

Sun Capital Partners, a global private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Select Interior Concepts, a distributor of interior building products, for $411m. "This transaction will deliver significant cash value for SIC’s shareholders as promised when I joined SIC. Additionally, it offers exciting new opportunities for customers, partners and employees of our Architectural Surfaces Group segment.
