Odyssey Investment Partners-backed ProPharma Group, the global, independent, single-source provider of regulatory and compliance consulting, agreed to acquire iSafety Systems, which provides end-to-end pharmacovigilance and safety solutions and services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies globally.
