Busch Vacuum Solutions completed the acquisition of Vacuum Furnace Engineering from Longacre Group.

Busch Vacuum Solutions, a manufacturer of vacuum pumps, completed the acquisition of Vacuum Furnace Engineering, a manufacturer of furnaces and pumps, from Longacre Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Under Busch’s ownership, we look forward to serving our customers with extended product offerings, best practices and Busch’s global service network.
