Affinity Equity Partners completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in M-DAQ from Ant.

Affinity Equity Partners, an Asian investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in M-DAQ, a financial technology company, from Ant Group. Besides acquiring the Ant's stake, the firm made further investment in M-DAQ and the total value amounted to $146m. "We are privileged to have found in Affinity a strong believer-partner to pursue our third five-year strategic plan with a view of a public outing, including executing a series of carefully curated inorganic growth plans," Richard Koh, M-DAQ Founder and CEO.
